Responsibilities: • • Lead and manage a diverse caseload, ensuring each client's needs are met with strategic and empathetic advocacy. • Represent clients in complex family law litigation, including divorce, custody, and support matters, with professionalism and integrity. • Provide expert legal advice and guidance on sensitive issues such as domestic violence and child custody disputes. • Mentor and support junior attorneys, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored legal strategies that align with their unique circumstances and goals. • Contribute to the firm's strategic direction by identifying opportunities for growth and innovation in family law practice. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law legislation and trends to provide clients with informed and current legal counsel. Qualifications: • • Proven track record of successfully managing complex family law cases, including divorce, custody, and support matters. • Experience in leading and mentoring junior attorneys, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. • Ability to develop and execute strategic legal plans that align with clients' unique goals and circumstances. • Strong courtroom advocacy skills, with a history of achieving favorable outcomes for clients. • Excellent communication skills, ensuring clients are informed and empowered throughout the legal process. • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation. • Experience in contributing to strategic planning and business development initiatives within a law firm setting. Compensation: $175,000 - $225,000 yearly
