Responsibilities: • Manage family law cases from intake to resolution—including divorce, custody, child support, and related matters—with proven courtroom advocacy experience • Develop and implement strategic case plans through comprehensive legal research and analysis • Draft clear, persuasive motions, pleadings, and supporting documents across all stages of litigation • Represent clients confidently in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials • Maintain precision and organization in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents • Stay current on Georgia family law developments through continuous research, CLE participation, and professional growth Qualifications: • Communicate complex legal matters clearly and empathetically to clients with varying levels of understanding • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, external counsel, senior leadership, and support staff, upholding the highest ethical standards • Track and manage billable hours to meet client expectations and case requirements efficiently • Demonstrated expertise in Family Law • Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills Compensation: $160,000 - $250,000 yearly
