We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience managing and litigating family law cases. Responsibilities: • Manage a full case load • attend depositions • prepare for trial and attend court appearances • attend mediations • draft pleadings and correspondences • draft motions • draft legal briefs and memoranda • communicate directly with clients • collaborate with paralegals and other team members Qualifications: • licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland • be in good standing with the Maryland Supreme Court • 5 years or more of experience handling family law cases Compensation: $150,000
