Responsibilities: • Collaborate closely with paralegals and managing attorneys to efficiently progress cases and develop strategic approaches. • Advocate fervently for clients, crafting case strategies that prioritize their needs and best interests. • Represent clients in court proceedings, oversee asset division, and meticulously prepare cases from inception to resolution. • Take charge of client meetings, uphold well-organized case files, and offer legal counsel on various family law matters. • Approach client interactions with compassion, particularly in cases concerning delicate subjects like child custody and domestic violence. • Foster enduring client relationships to uphold the firm's dedication to personalized and attentive service.
