We are seeking an experienced paralegal with the capacity to effectively manage a caseload with attention to detail and deadlines. Responsibilities: • Manage the case from start to finish to ensure case progress • Draft pleadings, motions, and orders • Draft financial support documents such as child support worksheets, DRFAs, and marital balance spreadsheets • Research and summarize case law and statutes • Assemble evidence for hearings and mediation • Compile litigation and mediation notebooks • Assist lawyers in court when necessary • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courthouse personnel • Meet or exceed the hourly billing requirement Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in family law drafting and research • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills • Ability to effectively communicate with clients • Proficiency in completing tasks within established deadlines • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Work well in a collaborative team environment and individually Compensation: $85,000
