SENIOR FIELD TECHNICIAN

W H A T Y O U ' L L D O:

Lead and supervise field crews, ensuring project goals and safety protocols are met

Perform high-level sawyer work – felling, limbing, and bucking trees efficiently

Train and mentor Field Technicians in sawyer work and wildfire mitigation techniques

Serve as the key field liaison between crews and the Operations Manager

Work in dynamic conditions where adaptability and quick problem-solving are essential

Four-day workweeks (10-hour shifts) with flexibility depending on project demands

W H A T W E ' R E L O O K I N G F O R:

B Sawyer certification REQUIRED with proven tree felling experience (skill testing required for final confirmation)

Wildland fire experience is ideal.

Strong leadership and supervisory experience in field operations

Ability to train and guide a team while maintaining high safety standards
