    Position Summary:
    We are seeking a strategic and analytical finance leader to join our client’s growing team. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), pricing strategy, and financial modeling within a client services environment. This role will work closely with senior leadership across departments to drive financial performance, improve decision-making, and support long-term strategic growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business units

    • Partner with leadership on pricing strategy and client proposals to ensure profitability and competitiveness

    • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning, new service lines, client engagements, and M&A activities

    • Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency

    • Support client services teams with financial insights and customized reporting for client accounts

    • Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and create dashboards that track performance and align with business goals

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with client services, sales, operations, and executive leadership to align financial planning with business strategy

    • Prepare presentations and reports for executive and board-level meetings

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred

    • 12+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in a professional services, financial services or consulting environment; 5+ in a leadership role 

    • Proven experience in FP&A, pricing, strategic finance, and financial modeling; RFP helpful 

    • Strong business acumen and ability to influence non-finance stakeholders

    • Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools a plus (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive Insights)

    • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

    • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and client service–focused
