    About the Team

    In joining Adobe’s DME Sales, Finance organization you will have the opportunity to help drive Adobe’s pivotal initiatives by partnering with the WW Channel Sales Teams, operations, and finance organization, acting as their business & financial advisor. The position will report to the Director of Finance to support our Financial Systems and BI. This position will provide an outstanding opportunity to drive insights and accelerate growth for Adobe.

    The ideal candidate for this role is well-rounded top performer with excellent data analysis skills who will be a catalyst, for growth. You will need to collaborate with people and teams both locally and remotely as well as engaging in processes with worldwide teams in a matrix organization. You will also be managing a team based in multiple regions around the world. You should be a strong performer, who enjoys working across cross functional teams to consolidate targets and forecasts into cohesive datasets as well as building comprehensive dashboards to drive data-driven views into the business.

    • Play a key role in the Weekly, Quarterly and Annual financial forecasting and reporting for the WW Channel Sales organization
    • Demonstrated managerial skills
    • Must have strong technical and interpersonal skills
    • You are an exceptional communicator capable of influencing across the organization
    • Attention to details with excellent written communication skills, proven track record of leadership with ability to set objectives and deliver results
    • Advanced experience with systems tools such as Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, and Powerpoint
    • Ability to work with teams across multiple organizations, such as finance, accounting, sales, and operations
    • Accountable for ad-hoc initiatives in critical business analysis and key project supporting business partners and finance leadership

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $131,700 -- $256,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
