    Compensation: $160,000 - $180,000 + incentive

    We are excited to welcome a highly motivated Senior Financial Advisor who is a self-starter and has a heartfelt commitment to helping clients achieve their financial aspirations. In this role, you’ll discover the intellectual challenge and personal fulfillment of developing and guiding comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth individuals.

    The ideal candidate will enjoy crafting, implementing, and monitoring a wide range of planning strategies, including cash flow analysis, income tax and estate planning, insurance and risk management, and investment portfolio oversight.     As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will manage all aspects of financial planning and investment management for our valued clients. You'll be comfortable and confident when interacting with clients to ensure a thorough and robust financial planning experience. In addition to delivering an exceptional client experience, you will actively contribute to the firm’s growth through business development and relationship cultivation.

    In your new role, you can expect to:

    • Manage client relationships through ongoing client communication to establish and maintain a complete understanding of their financial objectives
    • Identifying and delivering exceptional client-focused customer service in all aspects of asset management, financial plan development, and estate planning
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships
    • Lead client meetings and present financial plans
    • Deliver educational presentations to clients and staff
    • Oversee and monitor individual investment portfolios while ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives
    • Mentor and train junior team members
    • Consult with attorneys, accountants, and other advisors on financial, estate and tax planning
    • Develop new client relationships via existing client referrals and local centers of influence

    Qualifications for this role include:

    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
    • CFP designation
    • 8+ years of experience in the industry
    • 8+ years in an advisory role
    • Proficiency with computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite, financial planning and account management software, MoneyGuidePro experience is a plus
    • Technical knowledge and experience in all aspects of financial planning, including financial planning, wealth management, qualified plan acumen, and estate planning
    • Demonstrated growth in current or past roles
    • Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with keen attention to detail
    • Strong coaching and leadership skills
    • Ability and desire to work successfully in a small company environment
