This position is in the South HIlls of Pittsburgh where you will split your week in our clients office (3 days) and your home office (2 days), working directly at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and business growth. What You’ll Tackle

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting (and make it look easy).

• Dive into payroll, sales, and customer data to find hidden opportunities.

• Build smarter pricing strategies and variable compensation plans.

• Collaborate with leadership to forecast and budget for what’s next.

• Create KPIs and reporting tools that actually drive change.

• Spot risks and opportunities before anyone else — and suggest brilliant solutions.

• Jump into special projects that help the business level up.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or something close.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Accounting, FP&A, or financial analytics.

• Master-level Excel skills (think pivot tables, advanced formulas, and financial modeling).

• Strong understanding of how income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows connect.

• ERP system experience (bonus points for pricing strategy know-how).

• An organized, proactive attitude — and a love for working at a fast pace.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to think independently.
