    The EiRAM Group, a rapidly growing Woman-Owned SBA Certified 8(a) company, is expanding its operations in the DC area! We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst (DOD Acquisition Program) to join our growing team! The Financial Analyst serves as a strategic advisor and technical authority for DOD acquisition programs, providing expert guidance in budgeting, accounting, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making to ensure resource optimization and mission alignment. Candidate must have experience with RDT&E ACAT I/II programs.

    Essential Functions:

    Lead and manage financial operations, including budget formulation, justification, and execution.

    Ensure fiscal compliance and alignment with program goals.

    Analyze and synthesize financial data to support leadership decisions.

    Track performance against objectives using reporting tools.

    Develop long-range financial plans and annual budgets.

    Create and implement policies that enhance efficiency and compliance.

    Advise stakeholders on fund usage, timelines, and regulatory requirements.

    Assess budget impacts on operations and ensure policy adherence.

    Required Qualifications:

    US Citizen

    BS or BA degree with 10+ years of DoD Program Financial Management experience, with emphasis on ACAT I/II program offices

    Expertise in DoD financial regulations, budget execution, and evolving best practices

    Advanced skills in acquisition financial management, including budget formulation, execution, data analysis, and contract oversight for complex military systems

    Proven ability to analyze financial trends, assess impacts of plans and events, and integrate financial functions into strategic management

    Skilled in evaluating program budgets and resources to guide execution and assess change impacts

    This role is fully remote but must be located within the DC Metro area. Candidate must be available for quarterly on-site meetings at Ft. Belvoir.
