Senior Financial Analyst, Global MedTech Regulatory
Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst, Global MedTech Regulatory. This position can be based in either in Raynham, Massachusetts or Raritan, New Jersey.

MedTech Global Regulatory Affairs is at trusted business partner, accelerating innovative solutions to improve patients’ lives, a strategic, data-driven organization where people thrive. This organization represents over $130MM+ annual global budget that spans across the different MedTech Franchises with presence in all 4 regions (North America, EMEA, ASPAC, and Latin America) in numerous markets throughout the world. This organization partners externally with the notified bodies in helping to shape and ensures that our MedTech businesses are successfully adhering and keeping up-to-date with our complex changing global regulatory environment. The teams across the globe partner closely with our cross-functional leaders/organizations to further drive and interpret strategies related to notified body regulations (FDA, BSI, TUV, etc.) as well as executing submissions for product registrations and CE/UKCA marks.
As the Global MedTech Regulatory Organization partners closely with our cross functional MedTech teams and externally with various notified nobodies to ensure that our entire portfolio of products remains compliantly in the market, this position will be instrumental in providing cross MedTech financial leadership and business partner support to the Global Regulatory organization. Specifically, this role, is a highly visible role that will be interacting with the Orthopaedics, Ethicon, and CSS Franchise Regulatory VP’s and their respective teams and will be responsible for managing all the financials along with support to various other global Regulatory initiatives. This position will report directly to the Global MedTech Innovation Finance Manager and will work closely with other MedTech Innovation finance leadership individuals and will have high exposure to the Global MedTech Regulatory Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide finance leadership and decision support during annual business planning process and quarterly updates.
Handle forecasting, planning, latest thinking processes as well as monthly and quarterly closing activities related to expenses (i.e., close journal entries, related balance sheet reconciliations).
Review of monthly/quarterly actuals and variance analysis with Finance, Regulatory leadership team. Collaboration with business unit FP&A to ensure commentary and variance analysis is provided on a timely basis.
Provide support for the overall standardization and enhancement of showcasing the Global Regulatory Function across MedTech as well as continuing to evolve process management and tracking in support of changing global regulations.
Support for key compliance activities to ensure adherence to SOX, WWP's and internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications

Preferred:
A major in Accounting or Finance
A MBA is preferred.
A CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
A minimum of three years of finance or Accounting experience is required.
Candidate must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required
Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle several tasks simultaneously
The ability to effectively take on leadership roles in various functions is required
Preferred:
Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer products industries as well as public accounting is preferred.
Experience with TM1, SAP and/or a general ledger system is a plus.

Previous knowledge with Medical Devices businesses preferred.
Strong working knowledge and understanding of US GAAP, J&J WWP's, and J&J Finance best practices preferred.
