    This role sits at the center of financial decision-making for a growing real estate investment platform. You’ll build budgeting frameworks, shape forecasting models, and provide the analysis leadership uses to allocate capital and guide strategy.

    This is an opportunity for a financial analyst who wants to move beyond reporting and into real influence.

    Our client is a privately held, founder-led real estate investment and leasing company operating across multiple entities and asset structures. With revenue in the $50M–$100M range, the business is in a stage where financial discipline, visibility, and forward-looking insight are becoming critical to its next phase. Leadership is hands-on, expectations are high, and the environment rewards professionals who take initiative and operate independently.

    In this role, you will…

    • Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheet) and analyze variances and trends
    • Assist with investment analysis, including acquisitions and capital projects
    • Translate financial data into clear recommendations that guide business decisions
    • Partner cross-functionally to gather inputs and align financial plans with operational reality
    • Create and refine financial models to improve visibility into performance and risk
    • Support leadership presentations and strategic planning through structured financial analysis

    What we’re looking for

    • Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar roles with ownership of budgeting and forecasting
    • Strong knowledge of financial software, data reporting tools (Such as Power BI), and Excel skills (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data structuring)
    • Ability to work independently with limited guidance in a lean environment
    • Experience building financial models and working with multi-entity or complex structures
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
