    About the Opportunity

    Our firm has been engaged by a leading global law firm to identify a Senior Financial Analyst – Pricing to join their high-impact Financial Analysis team.

    This is a strategic, highly visible role supporting senior leadership and revenue-driving teams with pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and deal structuring. You’ll operate at the intersection of finance, commercial strategy, and client engagement—helping shape how complex, high-value work is priced and won.

    If you’ve been stuck doing backward-looking reporting, this is the pivot into forward-looking, revenue-influencing finance.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead pricing strategy and financial modeling for new business pursuits—ensuring proposals are competitive, profitable, and aligned to firm strategy
    • Partner directly with senior stakeholders to provide data-driven guidance on pricing and negotiation strategy
    • Analyze practice performance, market trends, and client dynamics to influence go-to-market decisions
    • Build and enhance pricing tools, templates, and databases to improve speed, consistency, and scalability of pricing decisions
    • Support senior leadership with reporting, insights, and materials for pricing strategy and rate-setting discussions
    • Deliver actionable insights on historical pricing decisions to drive continuous improvement and margin optimization

    What They’re Looking For

    • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, or commercial finance, ideally within professional services
    • Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations
    • Experience influencing stakeholders—this is not a back-office role
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and drive decisions, not just report numbers
    • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
