Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic senior financial analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and decision-making within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with all levels of operations to drive cost efficiency, improve financial performance, and support long-term business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes for manufacturing operations
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and investment analysis
- Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership
- Conduct variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and provide actionable insights
- Support cost accounting processes, including standard costing and inventory valuation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
- Assist in implementing and optimizing ERP and financial systems
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- SAP experience is mandatory; Power BI experience a plus
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and supply chain finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
