Large corporation based in West Palm Beach, FL is looking to hire a Senior Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A). You will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analytical projects as well as have direct contact with C-Suite Executives for this dynamic company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present insightful financial reports, dashboards, compliance certificates, and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Participate in development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-range financial plans in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
• Analyze financial and operational performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, identifying key drivers of variance and providing actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate closely with departments across the organization, gather input, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment of financial plans with operational goals.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested by senior management, providing timely and accurate insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
• 4+ years of FP&A experience or experience from a National CPA Firm on the assurance or M&A side
• Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, formula development)
• BI Tools experience is a huge plus
