    Job Summary

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fine Jewelry Sales Associate with a strong background in timepieces and luxury goods to join our team. This position requires a deep understanding of fine jewelry and high-end watches, combined with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As we prepare for our upcoming renovations, we are looking for someone who can contribute to our continued success and help us maintain our high standards during this exciting transition.

    Responsibilities

    Customer Service: Deliver personalized, high-touch service to clients, ensuring a memorable shopping experience and fostering long-term relationships.

    Product Expertise: Exhibit expert knowledge of fine jewelry and luxury timepieces, including the latest trends, craftsmanship, and brand histories.

    Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and selling jewelry and watches, leveraging deep product knowledge to address customer needs and preferences.

    Client Engagement: Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service, follow-up, and personalized outreach.

    Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise, as well as maintaining accurate records.

    Store Presentation: Contribute to maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment, especially during and after our renovation process, to reflect the luxury and sophistication of our brand.

    Training & Development: Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and company updates through ongoing training and professional development.

    Qualifications

    Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end jewelry and timepiece sales, with a strong understanding of luxury brands and market trends.

    Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of fine jewelry, luxury timepieces, and related services.

    Customer Service: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals in a luxury retail setting.

    Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and build relationships.

    Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle high-value merchandise with care and precision.

    Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes and support the store during the renovation phase, maintaining high service standards.

    Sense of Humor: We’re looking for someone with a great sense of humor who can handle stressful situations with a light touch. Being able to laugh with colleagues and clients alike is a key part of our team dynamic.
