Fire Protection Company seeking Senior Fire Alarm Technician to manage new construction apartments projects installing fire alarm systems. Candidate must have a fire alarm license and 3 years experience installing, programming, and testing fire alarm systems.

Job Duties

Schedule sub-contractors to install wiring into buildings

Walk the pre-wire after installation to ensure it is installed properly

Schedule sub-contractors to trim devices in building

Schedule assistant technicians to install fire alarm panels and devices

Program fire alarm panels and test

Install fire alarm panels and power supplies as needed

Perform inspections with fire marshal

Requirements

Fire Alarm License, RAS, or APS

3 years experience installing fire alarm systems and managing project
