• Oversee Project & Personnel operations on Electrical projects throughout the DMV region
• Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Financial ownership, profitability, billing, estimates and margins
• Schedule, labor, personnel, logistics
• Site visits, customer interaction & safety/code compliance
• Base salary + project-based incentive bonus
