    A fast-growing manufacturing organization is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help build and scale its internal ERP and quoting platform. This system supports sales, engineering, production, and scheduling, and your work will have a direct impact on how the business operates each day.

    This role offers real ownership, visibility with leadership, and the chance to help shape the future architecture of a critical internal platform.

    Location: North Port, FL (On-site role)

    What You Will Do

    • Build full-stack solutions using PHP, JavaScript (Vue or similar), and MySQL.

    • Define interfaces and common patterns across authentication, hosting, caching, messaging, styling, and rendering.

    • Improve code quality through code reviews and tests (unit, integration, acceptance).

    • Refactor and optimize code for better performance and maintainability.

    • Apply secure coding practices and improve security within existing applications.

    • Stay current with emerging technologies.

    • Mentor junior developers and collaborate with peers.

    • Support team goal-setting and continuous improvement efforts.

    • Lead planning and implementation for new platform features.

    • Build and maintain API integrations with tools such as Salesforce, Odoo, DOMO, Ruler, and CAD systems.

    • Improve database structures and performance.

    • Translate business logic into scalable, modular code.

    • Troubleshoot issues and support non-technical users.

    • Recommend architectural improvements and support long-term platform evolution.

     

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of full-stack development experience with PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL.

    • Experience managing complex internal systems or platforms.

    • Strong Web UI development skills.

    • Strong SQL, data modeling, and query optimization skills.

    • Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.

    • Version control and deployment workflow experience.

    • Ability to translate user needs into technical requirements.

    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

    • Growth mindset and comfort in a fast-moving environment.
