About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong front-end focus (roughly 70–80% front-end, 20–30% backend) to join our core product team. Your work will center on building intuitive, highly interactive interfaces that let non-technical users work with advanced data and ML-driven features.
You’ll architect features end-to-end, work closely with product, design, and ML, and help shape a new generation of marketing and growth products powered by data and AI.
What You’ll Do
Architect and build end-to-end features for marketing and growth-focused products
Own complex front-end experiences using TypeScript and React, from design handoff to production
Collaborate with designers and PMs to understand real user workflows and refine UX
Work closely with ML engineers to surface insights and recommendations in clear, actionable ways
Help build analytics and observability into the product surface so users can trust and understand their data
Design and implement APIs and data models to support rich, interactive UI workflows
Contribute to front-end architecture, patterns, and best practices that keep the codebase fast and maintainable
Participate in code reviews, planning, and technical design discussions
Tech Stack
Front-end: TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS
Back-end: Go (or similar typed backend language)
Modern tooling for testing, bundling, and CI/CD
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in software engineering with a front-end centric focus
Strong experience building production React + TypeScript applications
Proven track record owning complex front-end features from 0→1 and iterating based on user feedback
Solid understanding of front-end architecture, state management, performance, and accessibility
Comfortable working across the stack to build and integrate with backend APIs and data models
Experience building data-heavy or analytics-heavy products (dashboards, workflows, reporting, etc.)
Strong product sense and ability to work directly with designers, PMs, and end users
Clear communication skills and comfort working on a remote, distributed team in North America

Experience with growth, marketing, or customer data products
Experience integrating or visualizing machine learning outputs in UI
Experience at a high-growth startup or similar fast-paced environment
