What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of full stack development experience

• Comfortable working with multiple backend languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, Go, Ruby, etc.)

• Solid frontend experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred)

• Proven leadership or team mentorship experience

• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and scalable applications

Nice to Have:

• Experience in AWS or other cloud environments

• Background working in startups or small cross-functional teams

• Willingness to wear multiple hats — from DevOps to product input
