    Claims Specialist – Auto & General Liability (Litigation Focus)
    Remote | Third Party Administrator (TPA)

    A well-established Third Party Administrator is seeking a Claims Specialist with strong experience in Auto Liability and General Liability claims, particularly focused on bodily injury evaluation and litigation management. This is an excellent opportunity for an adjuster who is confident handling complex claims and driving strategy through resolution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a caseload of Auto and General Liability claims, including bodily injury (BI) exposures
    • Evaluate BI claims for liability, damages, and settlement strategy
    • Handle litigated claims, partnering closely with defense counsel on case direction and resolution
    • Conduct thorough investigations, coverage analysis, and reserve setting
    • Negotiate settlements on moderate to high exposure claims
    • Maintain timely and accurate claim documentation and reporting
    • Provide strong client service and communicate claim developments effectively

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience handling Auto Liability and/or General Liability claims
    • Minimum 5 years of litigation experience managing claims through the legal process
    • Strong background in bodily injury evaluation and negotiation
    • Solid understanding of coverage, liability, and damages assessment
    • Ability to manage a caseload independently in a fast-paced TPA environment
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
