    The Opportunity

    Join the Digital Experience Product Marketing GTM Operations team to help scale planning and delivery of Adobe's GTM strategy. You will build the operational framework for our GTM ecosystem, ensuring consistency in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Seeking a candidate with critical thinking skills to translate vision into actionable execution plans. This position is crucial for ensuring that our growing portfolio and associated selling motions are launched with consistency, quality, and impact, accelerating execution and improving customer value. In addition to leading the orchestration of GTM deliverables, this role will also take on special projects aligned to GTM priorities, product launches, readiness initiatives, and Product Marketing operational improvements.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead program management and orchestration for cross-functional GTM Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timelines.

    • Build and uphold structured program roadmaps, schedules that work back, trackers, and governance frameworks to ensure timely delivery and alignment across all collaborators.

    • Help manage and maintain the GTM BOM, ensuring all necessary assets are scoped, owned, tracked, and delivered on schedule.

    • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, readiness reviews, and checkpoint meetings to identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth execution.

    • Monitor and report progress on deliverables using project management guidelines and collaboration tools.

    • Build and continuously improve repeatable frameworks and templates that enable consistent execution of GTM programs across cycles.

    • Partner with cross-functional teams - including Product Marketing, Sales Strategy, Enablement, Partner, and Marketing - to align plans, priorities, and launch activities.

    • Lead or contribute to special projects tied to GTM and product launch/readiness priorities, supporting new central initiatives, cross-portfolio programs, or process improvements.

    Needed to Succeed

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

    • 5-8+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within a B2B SaaS, product marketing, or go-to-market environment.

    • Established history of navigating intricate, cross-functional projects with numerous interested parties and interconnections.

    • Strong understanding of how messaging, product content, sales motions, enablement, and GTM motions come together to drive business outcomes.

    • Strong communication and facilitation skills - capable of aligning and influencing collaborators across functions and levels.

    • Proficient in project management tools, frameworks, and PMO workflows; adept at building structure in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

    • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain perspective on the broader strategic context.

    • A proactive problem solver who thrives in both planning and execution, driving accountability and clarity throughout the process.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $119,900 -- $254,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
