Must Have:

Solid backend engineering experience

Hands-on Go (Golang) development in production systems

Strong experience building high-performance REST/gRPC APIs

Solid understanding of concurrency (goroutines, channels)

Experience with microservices architecture

Strong SQL experience (PostgreSQL/MySQL)

Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
