    We are looking to hire a Senior HR Representative that will work with the HR team to perform a wide range of duties and provide support for managers and employees. The role will be responsible for assisting with all HR activities, including hourly internal job processes, onboarding, benefits, training recordkeeping and employee record management. This role is key to ensuring a smooth operation of the HR department.

    How You'll Create Possibilities

    • Handle hourly internal job bidding process for site.
    • Generate internal hourly job bid postings timely and accurately.
    • Ensure hourly job selections and placements are completed per policy.
    • Assist recruiter with applicant pipeline and other recruitment activities.
    • Oversee logistics and support/conduct hourly new hire orientation.
    • Coordinate and ensure training (core, maintenance, forklift, etc.) for hourly employees are properly recorded and maintained.
    • Plan and track organizational training as needed.
    • Provide exceptional client support by helping employees with benefits and other HR related questions to resolution.
    • Serve as the pay and timekeeping backup.
    • Assist manager and team in other duties as assigned.

    • Must be a team player capable of working independently.
    • Excellent reasoning and problem-solving skills.

    What You'll Bring to Our Team

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business with human resources emphasis.
    • Two (2) plus years of related work experience and/or equivalent experience and education. Experience through human resources internship would also be considered.
    • Must be highly proficient and computer savvy with strong capabilities in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Three plus years’ human resources experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
    • Experience with Workday or similar HR information system.

    Working Conditions:

    • Working conditions are normal for both an office and manufacturing environment.
    • Working in the manufacturing environment requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to: safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, work shoes/boots.
    • Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
