What You'll Do

This role is highly collaborative and deeply connected to operations.

Partner with Leadership

Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and department leaders

Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development

Help leaders build strong, accountable teams

Drive Recruiting & Talent Growth

Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent in field, sales, and office roles

Support workforce planning and help identify future leaders within the organization

Ensure a strong onboarding experience that sets employees up for success

Lead Employee Relations

Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, fairness, and urgency

Conduct investigations and help resolve workplace issues effectively

Coach leaders on proactive communication and performance management

Support HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Support HR programs including performance management, compensation, and engagement initiatives

Maintain accurate HR records and support HRIS processes

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who brings both HR expertise and strong personal drive.

Experience

5+ years of progressive HR experience in fast paced home service or construction environments

Experience supporting both office and field employees

Highly energetic and proactive

Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

A problem solver who can handle complex employee situations

A strong communicator who can influence leaders

Someone who builds trust quickly with both leadership and frontline employees

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred

PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a preferred
