    Position Overview

    A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Generalist to support and strengthen all HR operations. This mid-level leadership role focuses on HR process ownership rather than staff management, while partnering closely with the HR Director on high-level initiatives.

    You will lead recruitment (entry-level to senior roles), employee relations, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, performance documentation, company communications, and special projects—ensuring a consistent, supportive, and compliant employee experience across the organization.

    The Ideal Candidate

    Someone who is intentional, disciplined, and deeply knowledgeable in HR—especially within fast-paced healthcare.
    They will bring:

    • Strong HR generalist experience, ideally 2–5+ years

    • Proven recruitment ability from A–Z highly preferred

    • Excellent judgment in employee relations & documentation

    • Ability to explain HR compliance clearly and ensure proper recordkeeping

    • Warm, collaborative communication skills

    • High integrity, confidentiality, and follow-through

    • Ability to build trust while still advocating for company needs

    • Comfort working onsite and supporting a dynamic HR environment

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles (entry-level through leadership)

    • Conduct screenings, reference checks, and onboarding/offboarding

    • Draft offer letters, disciplinary documentation, and raise/performance conversations

    • Lead employee relations with professionalism and discretion

    • Ensure compliance: accurate documentation, meeting notes, investigations, PTO rules, HR policies, and regulatory updates

    • Support organizational communications and announcements

    • Coordinate company events, appreciation initiatives, and internal messaging

    • Assist the HR Director with policy updates, evaluation form revisions, and project rollouts

    • Serve as an in-office HR resource for approx. 50 onsite employees plus remote staff

    • Provide employees with accurate information on benefits and PTO (no payroll processing required)

    Qualifications & Must-Haves

    • Strong HR generalist experience, preferably in healthcare or a similarly regulated environment

    • Hands-on recruitment expertise

    • Solid knowledge of HR compliance and documentation standards

    • Ability to remain collaborative and approachable while upholding company policies

    • Professional presence and strong written/verbal communication

    • Ability to manage sensitive conversations with tact and clarity
