Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems (40–100-ton units, VRF, chillers, boilers, VFDs).

Lead projects, coordinating with teams and subcontractors.

Deliver high-quality service and maintain safety standards.

Communicate project updates and repair recommendations.

Maintain organized company vehicle and tools.

Submit accurate timecards and service reports.

Qualifications

10+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.

EPA Universal Certification and TDLR Tech registration.

Expertise in complex HVAC systems (VRF, chillers, boilers, VFDs).

Proficient in reading mechanical plans and wiring diagrams.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and smartphones.

Valid driver’s license (3+ years); pass background check/drug test.

Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces, heights, and extreme climates.

Flexible for overtime/weekends.
