Senior HVAC Technician - Construction - Base Salary to 80k/year - Hilton Head, SC

• Our client is a well-established construction firm based in Hilton Head, SC, with over 40 years of experience in residential and commercial projects. They’re now focused on expanding their HVAC division and are looking for a Senior HVAC Technician to help drive that growth.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
  
• Diagnose, assess, and troubleshoot a variety of residential and commercial HVAC equipment
  
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors and team members to ensure project alignment
• Perform HVAC installation and service work with a high level of quality and efficiency

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
  
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred
  
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in an HVAC setting

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 60k - 80k/year range
  
• Company- Provided Vehicle
