Location: Moxie Salon, Brentwood, TN Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Shift: 10–12 hours | Must be available weekends & evenings Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour + tips (No commission splits or chair fees)

Calling all bold, talented, and passionate stylists! Moxie Salon & Beauty Bar is bringing its signature style and affordable luxury vibe to Brentwood, TN—and we’re expanding our team of rockstar stylists!

If you’re an expert in cuts, color, highlights, men’s cuts, and especially extensions (experience preferred), this is your moment to shine in a team-based, high-energy environment where your creativity and skills take center stage.

💼 What You’ll Do:

Deliver high-quality hair services: cuts, colors, highlights, keratin, and styling

Consult with clients to create the perfect look—customized, confident, and on-trend

Provide exceptional experiences that keep clients coming back

Assist with and perform extensions (preferred) and men’s cuts

Stay on top of the latest styles, products, and techniques

Maintain a clean, organized, and Instagram-worthy workstation

Support and uplift your teammates to create a powerful salon culture

Promote services and products to help clients feel their best and support salon growth

✅ What You Bring:

A valid cosmetology license and 5+ years of salon experience

Strong portfolio showcasing your talent across all hair types

Experience with extensions preferred; makeup and lashes are a plus

Passion for beauty, fashion, and making people feel amazing

High energy, top-tier customer service, and a can-do attitude

Love for collaboration—we’re a team-first environment

Flexibility to work long shifts (10–12 hours), weekends, and evenings
