Senior Helpers offers a ranged wage-

-We are hiring staff @15.50/hour-if we identify you for a shorter visit (under 3 hours) we do increase the wage. Our 2 hour visits are paid @$20/hour and our 1 hour visit is paid at a flat rate $30

We offer monthly incentive bonuses-

1 monthly-Heart of Gold- $300.00

2 monthly-Over and Above-$150.00

2 monthly- Perfect Attendance-$150.00

We're also giving all our new employees the $500 for the first 500 hours worked bonus! We have pay advances with Pay Active!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide social companionship

Support with a variety of daily living tasks and reminders

Transportation to appointments, errands and social outings

Light housekeeping and meal preparation

Standby/assistance with personal hygiene

Overnight safety assistance

QUALIFICATIONS

No healthcare certification is required!

A compassionate heart for older adults

Valid driver's license, a vehicle and active auto insurance

Ability to travel 15 miles for any scheduled shifts

The ability to lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds

Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone
