HR Administrative
This position will be managing a broad of HR responsibilities:
Recruiting, on boarding procedures, maintaining employee records, and providing HR support to internal and external customers (e.g. counseling, handling employee injury, maintaining corporate policies etc.)
Process all New Hire paperwork
Schedules and conducts interviews for open positions.
Reviews applications for completeness.
Enters new employees into database.
Processes all Termination paperwork.
Notify employees of benefits eligibility dates and enroll employees in company sponsored benefits plans
Maintains Electronic Employee files
Report Workers Comp. claims and update accident report in notes as needed
Order all non-inventory items for all departments
Greet Visitor and prospective employees
General office upkeep
Help with data entry
Prepare and distribute weekly headcount to proper managers.
Ensures that proper hours and departments are provided by facilities to ensure accurate and timely payrolls are processed with minimal errors and corrections.
Help streamline hiring process going paperless.
Cleaning up HR files and bring them up to date
Help with employee handbook ( If Needed )
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Demonstrate adaptability by adapting to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands and exhibiting the ability to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
Assist employees, departmental staff and corporate HR, as needed on payroll related issues, problems, and questions.
Interact with other departments to facilitate the flow of information and identify opportunities to improve communication.
Adhere to Company Handbook, all Company Policies and Standard OperatingProcedures

Must have 5 years’ experience in the Human Resources
