Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Home Care Sales Liaison to grow our private duty (non-skilled) home care services. This role focuses on building strong referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, senior centers, physicians, case managers, and community organizations to increase client referrals and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage referral sources to drive private pay client growth
Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and community outreach
Identify new partnership opportunities within the senior care market
Track referral activity and meet monthly sales goals
Collaborate with intake and care coordination teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Represent the agency at networking and community events
Qualifications
3–5+ years of healthcare or senior services sales experience (private duty preferred)
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong knowledge of private pay home care and long-term care funding options
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus commission/bonus structure.
