    Our client—a top-tier enterprise organization accelerating their digital transformation journey—is seeking a Senior IT Product Analyst  to serve as the strategic right hand to the Sr. Director of Digital Engineering.

    This is a high-impact role ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in technology operations, cross-functional program management, and business planning. You'll work closely with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Enterprise Architecture teams to align goals, streamline execution, and drive business-critical initiatives forward.

    ?? What You’ll Do:

    Strategic & Program Execution

    • Lead the rhythm of the business: orchestrate operational cadences, leadership syncs, and goal alignment sessions

    • Bridge teams across product, engineering, security, and data to enable transparency and coordinated execution

    • Drive strategic planning and track cross-functional delivery of key digital initiatives

    • Develop prioritization frameworks to guide product and engineering decision-making

    • Prepare executive updates, strategic plans, and board-level communications

    Administrative & Operational Support

    • Coordinate complex scheduling for senior leadership, recurring cadences, cross-functional meetings, and events

    • Draft and manage leadership communications—updates, announcements, status reports, and summaries

    • Capture meeting notes, track action items, and ensure timely execution across teams

    • Partner with Contracts & Vendor Management for technology procurement workflows and ongoing vendor oversight

    • Manage onboarding/offboarding logistics to ensure team members are fully equipped and supported from day one

    • Plan and support department-wide meetings, offsites, and engagement initiatives—including content, logistics, and follow-up

    • Collaborate with Engineering Managers and HR on headcount tracking, hiring coordination, and org structure updates

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 10+ years in technology operations, program management, product strategy, or consulting

    • Deep experience working with digital product, engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure teams

    • Strong grasp of Agile and SDLC environments; able to bring clarity and order to complexity

    • Executive-level communication skills, with the ability to influence and align across stakeholders

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities

    • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed enterprise environment
