  • Responsibilities

    Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

    Manage and maintain client infrastructure, Proxmox virtualization, and advanced networking

    Manage Windows server and Unix operating systems

    Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues (Tier 2/3)

    Configure and maintain 3CX voice over IP phone systems

    Implement and manage cloud services, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure environments

    Perform root cause analysis and develop preventative solutions

    Mentor and guide junior support staff

    Job Competencies:

    Minimum Requirements:

    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment or similar high-volume support role

    Resident of Lee County, Florida. This is a full-time position in our Fort Myers office

    Strong expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy

    Proven skills in managing and troubleshooting network devices (firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs)

    Experience with ticketing systems and RMM tools

    Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Azure/365 certifications) are highly desirable

    Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    Experience with Mobile Device Technologies (Apple iOS and Google Android)

    3+ years of ticketing, customer service (onsite & remote), and technical support experience

    Valid driver’s license and clean driving history
