We’re looking for a fully remote outgoing Inside Sales Representative to help us smash our sales goals. You’ll be working with pre-qualified leads that we generate in-house, focusing on converting conversations into qualified opportunities and closed deals. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment built for people who want to maximize their earning potential. Responsibilities: • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team • Follow up with inbound and warm leads and move them through the sales funnel • Qualify prospects and uncover needs through strong discovery • Consistently hit and exceed conversion targets Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • Two years of previous sales experience • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • Quickly builds rapport and establishes trust with prospects • Stays confident and composed when faced with an initial knee-jerk “no” and knows how to move past it • Thrives in a high-energy, fast-moving sales environment • Competitive, coachable, and results-oriented Compensation: $80,000 - $250,000 yearly
