What You'll Do
As a Senior Insurance Agency Manager, you'll be responsible for driving growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and leading day-to-day business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing policyholders.
Identify opportunities to expand coverage and improve customer retention.
Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth.
Lead customer acquisition efforts through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
Provide guidance and support to team members while fostering a positive and results-driven culture.
Monitor business performance and work toward growth objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through consultative insurance solutions.
Qualifications
Required
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Previous insurance sales experience.
Demonstrated success in business development, client retention, or insurance production.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to lead initiatives and drive measurable results.
Preferred
Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain.
Experience managing client portfolios or agency operations.
Leadership, coaching, or team development experience.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Compensation
Expected annual earnings of $50,000 - $100,000+, including performance-based commissions, incentives, and bonuses. High performers have the opportunity to significantly increase earnings through business growth and customer retention success.
