Senior Insurance Sales Agent - Insurance - Base Salary to 85k/year - Palm Beach Gardens, FL

• Our client is seeking to hire its foundational employee, a Senior Insurance Sales Agent, who will quickly transition into a Sales Manager role. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to build an agency from the ground up with the security of a steady stream of warm leads.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary sales agent, writing personal lines (home and auto) policies for clients of the parent company.
  
• Handle multifaceted responsibilities typical of a startup environment; "wear multiple hats."
  
• Establish initial sales processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry.
  
• Strong background in personal lines (home & auto).
  
• Knowledge of commercial lines is a significant plus, as the parent company's ventures may lead to commercial insurance needs in the future.
  
• Must have hands-on experience with EZLynx.
  
• A college degree is preferred.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 60k - 85k/year range
  
• Commission structure to be determined
