Along with a competitive base salary, we offer the opportunity to earn monthly performance-based bonuses. Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: • Deliver a concierge-level experience to all potential clients, making them feel valued and supported. • Evaluate potential new clients to determine if they are a good fit for the firm using a consultative sales approach. • Guide qualified leads into becoming new clients, fostering trust and confidence in an ongoing relationship with the firm. • Nurturing referral relationships and generating repeat business. • Managing sales data and monthly reporting to the business owner. • Meeting and exceeding all relevant key performance indicators (KPIs). Qualifications: Skills Needed: • At least two years of experience in a sales position, with a focus on relationship-building. • Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet performance targets. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Emotional intelligence. • Dependable, reliable, and able to manage tasks efficiently. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel platforms, a plus. • Experience in a law firm setting, especially in estate planning, is a plus. Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
