What You’ll Do
- Direct hospitality design projects across all phases – from pitch to punch list.
- Translate client goals into impactful, immersive environments.
- Guide and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers.
- Ensure storytelling integrity, documentation quality, and constructability.
- Contribute to business development, firm culture, and thought leadership.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
- 10+ years of experience in hospitality interior design with project leadership.
- A strong portfolio that showcases creativity, range, and storytelling.
- Expertise in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Enscape.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to lead with clarity and care.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $77,000 – $133,000 (based on experience and location).
