Requirements:
• 10+ years of Java development experience (Servlets, JSP, multithreading, security)
• Strong background maintaining or refactoring legacy Java systems
• Solid SQL Server and front-end experience (jQuery, JavaScript, or modern frameworks)
• Hands-on with Tomcat, Docker, and Git
• Proven ability to balance modernization with stability and risk management

Nice to Have:
• Experience migrating or modernizing legacy stacks
• Exposure to CI/CD, AWS, or DevOps best practices
