What You’ll Do as a Senior Landscape Designer
You're not just designing landscapes — you’re crafting experiences and building relationships. Here's how you'll make an impact:
Turn Leads into Loyal Clients: Follow up with pre-qualified leads, pursue referrals, and close projects that leave a lasting impression.
Design with Vision: Create stunning, functional landscape plans and detailed estimates. Present your ideas with confidence to wow clients.
Achieve Sales Goals: Aim high — $2,000,000+ in annual sales is your target. We know you’ve got what it takes.
Own the Process: From initial consultation to final walk-through, you’ll be the client’s main point of contact, ensuring a seamless, superior experience.
Stay Involved: Attend site meetings, design reviews, contract signings, project kick-offs, and final walkthroughs — and check in as needed throughout.
Lead Project Tracking: Monitor progress, manage change orders, and stay aligned with production teams to ensure deadlines and standards are met.
Collaborate with Excellence: Work closely with our project managers, foremen, and operations team. Communication is key — we thrive on it.
Keep Clients in the Loop: Deliver consistent, timely updates and check-ins. We don’t just meet expectations — we exceed them.

Stay Organized & On-Schedule: Keep your calendar and email up-to-date, and maintain transparency with your availability.

Handle the Business Side: Communicate clearly about payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and support our office team when needed.
Promote Our Brand: Pitch in with marketing efforts, social media, and help represent Superior Landscape at home shows and trade events.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
A professional degree in Landscape Design and 3+ years of hands-on experience.
Proficiency in CAD-based software (Dynascape preferred).
Strong knowledge of landscape construction, including field measuring.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you connect well with both clients and coworkers.
A professional, reliable work ethic and commitment to quality.
Familiarity with office systems, email platforms, scheduling tools, and MS Office Suite.
Top-tier time management — you can juggle multiple projects while keeping everything organized and on track.
A keen eye for detail and a knack for solving problems on the fly.
