Responsibilities: • Strategize, prepare for, and attend trial proceedings, mediation, and arbitration • Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws • Counsel associates to resolve or prevent conflicts • Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests and responses • Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings Qualifications: • Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision • Admitted to local and state bar associations • Previous experience advocating for clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration • 5 years of required experience as a senior associate in the legal field • Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills Compensation: $180,000 - $215,000 yearly
