Core Services Group is seeking a Senior Level Doctrine Development Support (Integrated Air and Missile Defense) to support critical Integrated Air and Missile Defense documentation and training materials development for naval operations. Create high-quality technical content and graphics for tactical publications and doctrine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop tactical documents and training materials for Integrated Air and Missile Defense systems

• Create professional graphics and presentations

• Support Ballistic Missile Defense/Integrated Air and Missile Defense doctrine and tactics, techniques, and procedures development

• Collaborate with naval Subject Matter Experts on technical content

• Design visual content using Adobe Creative Suite

Required Qualifications:

• Current SECRET clearance and Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information eligible

• 8+ years of experience employing or teaching the use of Tactical Memorandum (TACMEMO), Tactical Bulletins (TACBUL), Tactical Notes (TACNOTE), Tactical Advisory Messages (TAMs), Fleet Advisory Messages (FAMs), and other Navy and Joint Doctrine related to Ballistic Missile Defense/Integrated Air and Missile Defense.

• 5+ years of experience teaching or developing Ballistic Missile Defense/Integrated Air and Missile Defense doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures

• 5+ years developing high-quality graphics for presentations

• 5+ years proficiency with Adobe software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Premiere) or equivalent
