Pinnacle Financial Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients. This role focuses on relationship management, account oversight, and client retention while identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in account management within the insurance industry. This position requires strong communication skills, collaboration with internal teams, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships • Manage multiple client accounts with accuracy and attention to detail • Conduct regular client meetings and phone calls to assess needs and provide solutions • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of client issues • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and improve retention • Document client interactions and maintain up-to-date account records • Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and client satisfaction Qualifications: • Five or more years in a relevant industry's account management • Ability to oversee multiple accounts and achieve targets without fail • Demonstrated skills in effective communication and negotiation • 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field • Experience working in the insurance industry is preferred • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet performance goals • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required • Ability to commute within a 50-mile radius Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly
