Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Level Programmer (Technical Architect Specialist) to join the Health and Human Services Delivery Center. This role involves developing and maintaining AI-driven tools, collaborating with IT staff, defining system requirements, performing development, testing, and supporting CI/CD pipelines in Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

Work independently and in a team environment to develop new AI solutions.

Maintain and enhance Azure cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and development workflows.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements.

Mentor junior technical staff and provide guidance on best practices.

Apply expertise in database modeling, .NET programming, PowerShell scripting, and test automation.

Present complex technical solutions to business and non-technical users.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience with AI Tools: GitHub Copilot, Machine Learning, RAG, and AI Agents.

2+ years’ experience with Cloud Technologies: Azure, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Function Apps, and LaMDA.

2+ years’ experience with .NET programming and C#.

2+ years’ experience creating PowerShell scripts.

Strong understanding of database modeling and design.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Familiarity with user-centered design principles, visual design, and UI/UX is a plus.

Knowledge of Test Automation (Playwright, MCP) and Cloud Messaging (Azure Events, Kafka) is desirable.
