Position Summary: This individual is responsible for assisting the Resident Program Director in designing, creating, initiating, facilitating and coordinating a wide variety of multi-level recreational and educational activities for the residents of the community. This position reports to the Resident Program Director. Essential Functions: -Assisting planning, coordinating, and evaluating resident activities. -Encourage resident participation in programs and activities. Provide resident transport to programs and activities as needed. -Assist with the registration of residents for trips and programs. -Conduct various activities at the direction of the Resident Program Director. -Maintain necessary activity supplies, which may include outside purchasing. -Follow departmental budget guidelines. -Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings. -Perform other duties as assigned.
