  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Accountable for the timely and accurate management (both posting and expiring) of all exempt/non-exempt job openings to the organization’s applicant tracking system and career portal.
    • Serve as system administrator for the company’s applicant tracking system and accurately manage user account set up and deactivation, troubleshooting, end user training, and new entity creation for jobs and locations.
    • Complete educational and employment references and completes licensure verifications (if applicable) in advance of verbal offers of employment.
    • Effectively draft employment offer letters for corporate supported roles.
    • Manage pre-employment drug testing and criminal background check process for all corporate supported roles.
    • Provide additional candidate sourcing using secondary portals and job boards.
    • Effectively coordinate and manage travel and hotel accommodations for candidates being recruited by the organization; accurately complete and manage the timely reimbursement of out of pocket expenses for candidates.
    • Manage the tracking and payment of referral bonuses.
    • Respond in a timely manner to all requests for information received from the company’s website that are associated with recruitment and selection.
    • Maintain confidentiality of all information.
    • Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
    • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward co-workers, visitors and guests.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Level of Formal Education : Bachelor’s degree preferred

    Area of Study: Human Resources, Communication, or equivalent preferred

    Years of Experience: 0-3+ years ****

    Type of Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or clerical position

    Language Skills: Read, write, speak, and understand the English language

    Technical Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ADP and ATS software; iCIMS preferred.

    Skills and Ability:

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees, and outside contacts.
    • Must have the ability to organize and manage projects through to completion.
    • Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.

    Information Systems: __ Experience with Applicant Tracking System preferred
