Pay: $150,000/year base + commission Experience Required: Minimum 5 years as a practicing attorney, including at least 3 years of employment law experience
Our growing Employment Law Department is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to represent employees in matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations.
This role is ideal for a litigation-driven attorney who can independently manage cases from intake through trial, negotiate strong settlements, and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
Responsibilities:
Handle a full caseload of employment litigation matters
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Take and defend depositions
Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
Negotiate favorable settlements
Evaluate and screen potential cases
Mentor junior attorneys as needed
Assist with case development and generation
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years as a practicing attorney
At least 3 years of employment law litigation experience
Strong courtroom presence and negotiation skills
Excellent legal writing and case management abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
